Services may be provisioned manually. Time to setup varies by product, network availability, and the information provided by the customer. Quotes, descriptions, and compatibility guidance are informational and may change before provisioning.
Customers may use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Activities that violate law, abuse networks, interfere with third parties, or create unreasonable risk are prohibited.
Payment may be accepted through methods we approve, including cryptocurrency for certain transactions. Unless we state otherwise in writing, fees for delivered services are non-refundable. Custom work, consulting, or one-off provisioning may be non-cancellable once work begins.
We may suspend, refuse, or terminate service at any time for suspected abuse, non-payment, legal risk, policy violations, or conduct that threatens our systems, suppliers, staff, or other users. We may cooperate with lawful requests from providers or authorities where required.
Support is provided through available channels such as email, Telegram, or other methods we designate. You are responsible for maintaining secure communications and safeguarding your own credentials, devices, and accounts.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular purpose, or universal access to third-party sites or platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxy Services L.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You are responsible for your own end-user conduct, your applications, your content, and your compliance obligations. A VPN, proxy, or server does not eliminate the need for endpoint security, lawful content acquisition, account hygiene, or responsible system administration.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting revised terms on this site. Continued use of services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
